Renaming

[edit]

This article has a tiny problem with its title. It will have to be redirected, I'm afraid. Fire Star 04:45, 16 Apr 2005 (UTC)

Could you be more specific about the problem? David 13:49, 2005 Apr 21 (UTC)

Downsview

[edit]

Should we list Downsview Airfield as a closed airport, when there is still an active airport (Toronto/Downsview Airport) at the same location? David 13:49, 2005 Apr 21 (UTC)

  • Are they 2 seperate airports on seperate pieces of ground? If not, then then can merged. Burgundavia 15:54, Apr 21, 2005 (UTC)
    • I don't think so -- the entry specifically mentions DeHavilland, and the current Downsview airport (which is still operational, though closed to the public without prior permission) was the airport that DeHavilland Canada used for testing, as far as I know. I should trace back and figure out who added it to the closed airports. David 19:37, 2005 Apr 21 (UTC)

Buffalo/Niagara

[edit]

While people may drive to this airport, it is not within the area of the GTA, which is what the article lists. Alaney2k (talk) 14:28, 1 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Waterloo and Hamilton

[edit]

Per the article at Greater Toronto Area, neither of these cities are in the GTA. Waterloo isn't even considered part of the larger Golden Horseshoe. I think this article needs some revision. oknazevad (talk) 00:10, 26 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Remove Buttonville from map

[edit]

Should this be removed from the map (CYKZ) as it's closed? WizardGamer775 (talk) 14:49, 14 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
