Info Box Photo...

[edit]

I removed the image from the info box on this page. I think that showing a photo of a trailer park after a Tornado is in bad taste for the main photo for this article... It would be better suited in the body of the article whit a paragraph about the tornado damage seen in the picture. Dreammaker182 (talk) 18:39, 5 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

What is the Republican/Democrat/etc. breakdown of city council and mayor?

[edit]

If anyone has any info, please post the references here so that others can put them in the article. Or put them in the article yourself. I can't find anything with a quick search.

OK, with more searching I found a reference for the mayor, Mark Chambers. He is Republican:

Dinosaurs

[edit]

Dinosaurs did not appear on the scene until roughly 230 million years ago. Thus, dinosaurs could not have "roamed" Carbon Hill at that time. Also, I think it was underwater. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 138.115.172.134 (talk) 19:39, 13 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I've restored the archived ref that made the location claim; nothing in there about dinosaurs in that period that I could see. Kuru (talk) 22:50, 13 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
