[edit]I suggest we replace this article with a redirect to recruitment.
As it stands, however, this article does mention that discrimination and its prevention are issues in recruitment - and the current recruitment article doesn't say anything about this. So perhaps one of us could add something about discrimination to the existing recruitment article - and then we can replace hiring with the redirect. Would anyone mind this?
