Hillbrow unfetted?

[edit]

Regarding your contribution to the Hillbrow article, what does unfetted mean? Can't find it in my dictionary (Concise Oxford)... Can't find fet or unfet either... Something to do with fête, like a festival? --Ferdinand Pienaar 20:04, 5 Apr 2005 (UTC)

thanks for the heads up! I got the word from 'the superior person's book of words' - which version I forget. Apparrently the word, which means unregulated or unrestrictes, is WAY too far outside normal english usage. will correct. thanks. dave.
