Why DC Reps Don't Vote

Let's not rewrite law and history. DC does not have a Representative nor Senators because the Constituion of the United States says so. DC has never had such representation. Because some people would like to change that, they managed to get a non-voting delegate in the House to speak for their interests. -- Cecropia | Talk 21:50, 9 May 2004 (UTC)[reply]
