MammaBear -- I don't know what you thought the comment at Clovis I was about. In what way was the edit or the caption abusive? The part where I said it was an undoubtedly later coin? It is. No question. I've seen Frankish coins, and that wasn't one -- also, Clovis never called himself King of France in any language -- which certainly points to the coin not being from the time. As for the term obverse, that's not abusive -- just the technical term for the "heads" side of a coin. Please explain your comment!
