The AM-3C and AM-3CM are variants of the AM-3. This article is therefore most correctly named Aermacchi AM-3. Not all the aircraft described here are AM-3Cs, but they are all AM-3s. --Rlandmann 23:17, 17 Aug 2004 (UTC)

Ah ok fair enough. I was going on common usage. Greyengine5 23:41, 2004 Aug 17 (UTC)
Phew, I'm glad this was sorted out. My Watchlist was way too active with all the moving this article was doing. :-P Impi 07:39, 18 Aug 2004 (UTC)

It was my mistake in the first place, but the correct designation is AM.3 (therefore AM.3C and AM.3CM) as opposed to AM-3. This is the same as Aermacchi's naming protocol for its other aircraft (eg MB.326). Impi 11:01, 18 Aug 2004 (UTC)

Image correction

[edit]

I have removed the lead image as it is actually an Atlas Kudu, not a Bosbok. The Bosbok at the South African Air Force Museum in Swartkop is number 959, not 969 that was depicted in the photo. [1]. The photo showing the Boskop interior is correct, it is number 920 at the Port Elisabeth branch of the museum [2]. I'll visit the museum again soon and get a photo of 959 to replace the incorrect one that I removed. --NJR_ZA (talk) 16:08, 27 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
