I think, It is not good idea to translate "Special:RecentPages" and "Special:AllPages" to their local language. The WikiPedia of Japanese translate it and KoWikiPedia also, but French's didn't.

Is it the Policis of the WikiPedia to translate the names of 'Special' pages or the Pedia Master could determine/change it ? --User:WkPark

Well, there are several things here:
  • the titles of the special pages as displayed when you click them or see them listed in a list should always be localized.
  • the name of the "special" namespace is localized in all(?) languages.
  • the names of the special pages themselves (which appear in links, URLs) are currently never localized, they're hardwired strings. Localizing them would be possible if people want it, but it hasn't gotten set up.
