Style

[edit]

The writing style of the article is too simple and seems oriented to very young readers. As he was an author, he deserves a higher quality and more adult style. Example below reads like a storybook.

"Gary Soto was born to working-class Mexican American parents Manuel and Angie Soto. In his youth, he worked in the fields of the San Joaquin Valley and in factories in Fresno. Because his family had to struggle to find work, he had little time or encouragement for school. Hence, he was not a good student."

Bibliography

[edit]

Some sections of the bibliography follow chronological order. Others follow reverse chronological order. Why?
