I think Wikipedia's policy is to have article titles only use the standard 26 letters of the English alphabet. Probably this article should be moved to "Pinnekjott." Or at the least, Pinnekjott should be made to point here. --Carl 09:49, 18 Dec 2004 (UTC)

Hi, I streamlined the text on preparation a bit, but also clarified that smoking takes place after, not before curing, as this was unclear in the text, and that steaming over a birch twig grid is the standard method of preparation. T 84.208.86.134 (talk) 08:17, 25 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
