What does tuppence means? Sounds like two pennies, but I wonder where that word came from. Maybe you want to start that article. :P

I'm, wondering because of Mary Poppins, since I'm not native and never heard it anywhere else so far.

 It indeed comes from two pence - basically an old British coin worth very little. But I'm definitely unqualified to write about the history of coins!
