I think there should be a separate page for Hwacheon Dam, due to the extensive military history surrounding it. jke (talk) 12:35, 11 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

A source is needed for the estimated number of military personnel in the area. The exact number is confidential, but most people in the area commonly quote a number from 30,000 to 35,000. I'm not sure where to verify this or how to accurately estimate it using anything more reliable than local 'common knowledge'. jke (talk) 13:13, 11 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
